The Jane Austen Society by Natalie Jenner

Why I am excited: I love Jane Austen and will read any type of Jane Austen retelling or story. I’ll see any tv show or movie too. It’s something about Jane Austen and that’s the only reason I need.

The Guest List by Lucy Foley

Why I am excited: A wedding celebration that turns dark and deadly? This sounds like an old school Agatha Christie mystery!

Beach Read by Emily Henry

  • Releasing May 19
  • Genre: Romance
  • Publisher: Berkeley

Why I am excited: For starters, I love a good enemies to lovers story and this one is getting rave reviews. Also, I would do anything to be able to go to the beach for a few hours….If I can’t go, I might as well pretend!

Hollywood Park by Mikel Jollett

  • Releasing May 26

  • Publisher: Celadon Books

Why I am excited: I am currently reading this and it is SO good! I don’t want you to miss out on this book at all. Mikel was born into one of the country’s most infamous cults. His story is so enlightening and inspiring. This is a must read!

Blow My Fuse by Autumn Jones Lake

Why I am excited: Blow My Fuse is the second book of the Kickstart My Heart trilogy. I’ve wanted this book since I read the first because it is one fun flashback to the 80’s. If you haven’t read the first novel, you can see the blog tour and my review here: Kickstart My Heart!
